CAM Pre-Licensure Education Course

Until recently, the Community Association Manager pre-licensure course could only be taken by correspondence if the applicant documented to the Council that he or she lived a distance of more than 70 miles from the nearest facility providing the course, or that the applicant had a disability making it difficult to travel to a facility. Under recent changes to Section 455.2122, Florida Statutes, the applicant is no longer required to obtain authorization from the Council to take the course by distance learning. The new provision now allows the applicant to take the required course by distance learning, or in the classroom, whichever the applicant prefers.

Handling & Shipping Priority Mail Additional

No Restrictions- Anyone can now take the course by correspondence!
Everything covered in the classroom session is covered in the correspondence course.
By correspondence,

you are able to learn at your own pace. Florida has removed restrictions on taking the 18 hour course by correspondence:

Although not as comprehensive as the in-person or live webinar courses, this alternative may work for busy professional who needs to work on their own schedule. If you are a "self-study" type of person with some association experience, this course will work for you. There is no longer any need to receive permission from the State to take the course by correspondence.

Hard copy courses are shipped Priority Mail as soon as payment is received.
