Four credit hours in the CAM subject area of “Other”. As the popularity of common interest communities grows within the state statutes, laws, rules and best practices are constantly being updated and improved. This course is designed to keep you up to date on the latest CAM Management Rules. The Florida Statutes, as they apply to association management, are emphasized in this course.
