EMERGENCY PLANNING FOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS, was prepared to provide concepts and for emergency planning and satisfy one of the continuing education requirements of the State of Florida, Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Division of Professionals, Regulatory Council of Community Associations Managers. That requirement is in the area of:

• 4 hours on CAM related human resources including, but not limited to, disaster preparedness, employee relations and communications skills for effectively dealing with residents and vendors.
• 4 hours on operation of the association’s physical property.
